Exercise and movement is a way of life. The human body is made to move, BUT, its not made to move just for an hour every few days, in fact, people who exercise 1 hour a day, 7 days per week (which you should not do), are only 4% more active than those who don't! Sure, its an important 4%, but its definitely NOT perfect, or even really that good.  What we need to do is figure out ways to get that 4% to 6%, 10%, even 15% or more, and no, its not by being in the gym more.
