Mens Active Aging

Ror Alexander is our mens 40+ Wellness Ambassador, a world traveling mens health & fitness coach, and international presenter, published writer, and founder of Barbells To Buddhas mens health coaching, podcast and YouTube.

Womens Active Aging

Ramona Braganza is our womens 40+ wellness ambassador, a Vancouver personal trainer known for sculpting some of the best Hollywood bodies for the last 20 years, including Halle Berry, Jessica Alba, Ryan Reynolds, Kate Beckinsale, Scarlett Johansson and many more. But she also founded a non-profit in India to help save girls from human-trafficing.

Athletics Ambassador

Andrea Conti is our Athletic Ambassador, and a strength & continuing coach for a wide variety of sports, but with a focus on pickleball, tennis, golf, and combat sports. He holds a masters degeee in exercise science from the University of Florence Italy.

Wikanda Eaka is our Wellness Ambassador. Originally from Thailand, she is a certified Yoga 200 teacher certified in Rishikesh India, as well as a certified master Thai massage teacher and founder of the Vancouver Thai Massage & Yoga School.
